Preparation:
1. Take salmon fillet, cleaned of scales, but leave the skin. Cut the fish into portions pieces.
2. Prepare the marinade: ginger grate, squeeze the garlic through a press. Mix honey, soy sauce, ginger and garlic.
3. Put the fish skin up into the marinade and let stand for at least an hour in the refrigerator (preferably overnight)
4. Wrap each piece of fish in foil. Add the marinade (in which lay the fish) to each piece. Bake in oven for 20 minutes with a closed top with foil, then open foil and bake for golden brown about 10 minutes.
