Recipes from Ulichka. Meat:

Rolls with feta and spinach  

Cooking time  60 min.

Ingredients:

 
Pork  8 meatballs (500 g)
Spinach  30 leaves
Feta cheese  100 gr
Vegetable oil  4 tablespoons
Pepper  to taste

Preparation:

1. Meat beat off both sides. Pepper.

2. Fet cut into strips.

3. Lay on meat 3-4 leaves of spinach, a slice of feta. Close roll and break a toothpick.

4. Fry rolls in oil in a frying pan.

5. Place rolls in a heat-resistant container, bake another 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
