Recipes from Ulichka. Poultry:

Chicken fillet in almond crust  

Cooking time  30 min.


Chicken (fillet)  600 gr
Potato Chips  100 gr
Almond  100 gr
Eggs  2 pc.
Flour  3 tbsp
Vegetable oil  3 tbsp
Salt  taste
Pepper  taste
  1. Chicken fillet cut into chops, beat off, salt and pepper.
  2. Potato chips crushed (open the packaging to the air went out, and then in the package crush to fine crumbs).
  3. Almonds grind in a blender, mix the chips with almonds. 
  4. Beat the eggs. 
  5. Chicken chops first dipping in flour, then dip in egg, then in the mixture of chips and almonds. Put on a pan, covered with a parchment paper lightly pour on vegetable oil, and fry in the oven for 10 minutes on one side and 10 minutes on the second
