Картопля «половинками» з сиром  

Час приготування  60 хв.

Інгредієнти:

 
Картопля  6 шт.
Часник  3 зубчики
Майонез  3 ст.л.
Сир (твердий)  150 гр
Сіль  за смаком
Перець чорний  за смаком
Олія рослинна  3 ст.л.

Приготування:

Картопля потрібно вибирати приблизно одного розміру, бажано середнього, вибирати плоскі картоплини, щоб у розрізі були тонше і відповідно готувалися швидше. Зовні картопля повинна бути без пошкоджень і з хорошою шкіркою. Його потрібно добре вимити не знімаючи шкірки (я мию зазвичай жорсткою металевою мочалкою для посуду). Розрізати навпіл (щоб вийшли плоскі половинки), посолити з усіх боків, викласти у форму, политу олією. Приготувати соус: часник пропустити через прес, додати майонез (або сметану), перець. На кожну половинку викласти чайною ложкою соус. Сир потерти на велику терку, викласти на кожну половинку сир.

Готувати в духовці хвилин 40 при температурі 200 градусів (готовність перевіряю сірником, в залежності від товщини картоплі час приготування варіюється).
