Preparation: (for 2 servings)
1. Ginger clean, cut into small cubes.
2. Carrots cleaned, cut into strips.
3. Cut into julienne leeks, using only the white part.
4. Peppers remove seeds and cut into strips.
5. Sauté all vegetables in vegetable oil.
6. The fish is cleaned of scale, cut into 2 pieces.
7. Lay out the vegetables on paper, lay out the fish on the vegetables, than lay out the vegetables again. Drizzle with soy sauce. Two envelopes with the fish placed on a baking sheet, bake in 200 degree oven for 20 minutes. Serve in the paper, cutting crosswise.
