Preparation:

1. The fish is cut into squares (cubes of approximately 1 cm).
2. Onion chopped. Mix fish, onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Leave to marinate for 1 hour (can be more, even better)
3. The dough is divided into rectangles (1 kg dough, I get 12 pcs.) On each rectangle put the marinated fish. Make a "boat" that the top remains open, and join the edges .
4. Lay a paper for baking on oven-tray, pour on oil. We spread the boat and bake at medium heat until cooked.
