Recipes from Ulichka. Salad:

Chicken salad in a cheese basket with the egg-mustard sauce  

Cooking time  60 min.

Ingredients:

 
Parmesan cheese  100 gr
Eggs  5 pc
Tomato  10-15 pcs. (cherry)
Chicken (fillet)  300 gr
Sesame  1 tsp
Lettuce leaves  1 bunch
Honey  2 tablespoons
Vegetable oil  70 ml
Soy  1 tsp
Sugar  3 tablespoons
Salt  taste
Pepper  taste
Mustard  1 tsp
Lemon juice  1 tsp
Red pepper  2 gr

This salad is interesting for its serving as a cheese basket, that is also edible.

Preparation of cheese baskets: Parmesan cheese grate, strew it on a hot dry pan, when the cheese begins to turn off the heat a little fire left to give half a minute, then picked up a shovel to lay on an inverted container (whichever is the depth and size to be the basket, I took great a cup of tea and turns it upside down, it was putting cheese and formed a basket). Allow to cool and harden. Basket is ready.

Preparation of salad: Chicken fillet marinated in a mixture of honey, black pepper, salt and 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. Marinating time of 30 minutes. Fry fillets in the pan to a beautiful crisp, then cook in the oven until tender about 10 minutes. Chicken breast cut into strips. Cook an omelet: Take 4 eggs, 2.5 tablespoon of sugar, soy sauce. Mix everything, but do not beat. Fry Pancake Omelet with vegetable oil on both sides. Cut the omelet into strips.

Tomatoes halved, Sesame dry the pan, tear lettuce by hand. Mix lettuce, chicken, eggs, tomatoes, sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Preparation of mustard-egg sauce: warm 1 egg to room temperature, put in boiling water for 2 minutes. Then in cold water. Beat in a blender half-baked egg, mustard, 1 tsp sugar, lemon juice, red pepper. Slowly pour 60 ml of vegetable oil and all beat up.

Put the salad in a basket of cheese, served with sauce.

Лана, да, корзинки это хорошая и красивая подача на стол, а наполнение можно придумывать разное, главное, чтобы не очень мокрая начинка, чтобы не размочило сыр. Приятного!
